Next Level Baseball Participants,

We want to thank everyone for coming out to our annual Next Level Baseball summer camp, at St Mary's College.  Next Level Baseball is very proud of the level of players and coaches that participated. The following coaches wanted to thank everyone for their focus and effort to take their game to the next level.

The exercises that we worked on for each group were put in place to help introduce the proper fundamentals for all aspects of the game; pitching, hitting, fielding, base running etc.These drills should be incorporated into their everyday routine to help maintain proper form thus avoiding injury, improving accuracy and increasing strength as they get older.The adjustments we made, as minuscule as they may seem, will be instrumental in laying the foundation for the proper mechanics. We understand many of the students my not retain all of the exercises that were introduced but we had a good reception of coaches and parents, whom hopefully will maintain consistency with their development.

We appreciate the opportunity to work with everyone involved. We welcome feedback from all of the parties, it allows us to focus our training for the desired skills for our students. We are looking forward to continue to be a valuable resource for everyone in years to come.
